Where does Shrempy deliver?
Across Banswara city. The delivery fee depends on the distance and is shown before you pay.
How do I pay?
By UPI, with the UPI app of your choice, when you place the order.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel until the store accepts the order. After that, call or WhatsApp us and we will do what we can.
When do I get a refund?
If a paid order is cancelled, the whole amount is refunded to you automatically. If something was missing or wrong, contact us the same day with your order number.
I did not get the sign in code.
Check that the 10 digit number is right and wait a minute before asking for a new code. If it still does not arrive, contact us.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile, Delete account. You can also delete it without the app.
Stores and riders
If you run a store on Shrempy Partner or deliver with Shrempy Rider, use the same phone number or email.
