Delete your Shrempy account

This is for the Shrempy app, run by Yogesh Yadav under the registered name Shrempy, Banswara, Rajasthan, India.

In the app

1. Open the Shrempy app and sign in with your phone number.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account, read what happens, and tap Delete account again.

Your account is deleted straight away. If an order is still on its way, the app asks you to wait until it is delivered or cancelled.

Without the app

Email shrempyinfra@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Shrempy account" and the phone number on the account. We confirm the request with that number before deleting anything, and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name and phone number, and your sign in.
• Your saved addresses, including their map pins and receivers' names and phone numbers.
• Your reviews of stores and riders.
• Your notification settings and the tokens used to send you notifications.
• From your past orders: the delivery address, map pin, receiver, notes and instructions, and the rider's route to you.

What is kept, and for how long

Records of past orders and payments (what was ordered, from which store, the amounts, refunds and dates) are kept for eight years from each order, for tax and accounts, without your name, phone number or address.

Riders and stores

Accounts in Shrempy Rider and Shrempy Partner are set up by Shrempy. To close one, email us from or about the phone number on the account. Pay, settlement and tax records are kept for eight years.
